The access to apalmatrimony.com website is free, we offer premium upgrades wherein  one can promote his/her profile in various spaces such as Search Pages, E-mails, IM windows, SMSes, etc.


Terms of UseIn order to use the apalmatrimony.com website ("Site"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member"). The Member or any users using the Site agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the apalmatrimony.com service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. The Service shall interalia assist you in promoting and making your profile visible to other Members to drive higher ‘Accepts’ from relevant members. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by apalmatrimony.com from time to time.


1. Eligibility.  To register as a member of apalmatrimony.com or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). The maximum age limit for marriage is 70 years. The apalmatrimony.com site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful matrimonial alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time apalmatrimony.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

2. Term. 

     You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to apalmatrimony.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise stated in writing. apalmatrimony.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provided to apalmatrimony.com. If apalmatrimony.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement including sections 4, 5, 7 and sections 9 to14, of this Agreement shall remain effective even on termination. Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

3. Non-Commercial Use by Members.

  The apalmatrimony.com Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating Accepts from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to apalmatrimony.com or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become Members of apalmatrimony.com and should not use the apalmatrimony.com Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

4. Invitation

 i. You hereby expressly solicit and invite apalmatrimony.com and/or its authorized personnel to communicate to you through any telecom resources in the registered number provided by you to explain, explicate and clarify the various services provided by apalmatrimony.com and to assist, aid or support you in availing the said services of apalmatrimony.com.
 ii. If at any time, you wish to discontinue receiving the communications (including, but not limited to emails, sms and phone calls) from apalmatrimony.com, you may by email to helpdesk@apalmatrimony.com to indicate the same to apalmatrimony.com and/or its authorized personnel regarding such discontinuance and You hereby agree that, unless expressly communicated to You about discontinuing communications from apalmatrimony.com to apalmatrimony.com and/or its authorized personnel, it will be deemed to be that you want to continue and solicit and invite all such or other communications from apalmatrimony.com.
iii. You are representing that you or the mobile number submitted by you is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register and/or you have already changed your registration suitably.
iv. Further and in any event, you do hereby also unconditionally agree and undertake that this invitation and solicitation shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb ("DND Register")/ National Customer Preference Register ("NCPR"). Without prejudice to the aforesaid and in any event, by expressly inviting and soliciting the services from apalmatrimony.com, you also unconditionally agree that your rights under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 or any subsequent amendments thereto or under NCPR, are kept in abeyance or remain extinguished till you expressly communicate for discontinuation of relationship.
v. You also unconditionally agree to indemnify apalmatrimony.com against all losses, damages, penalties, costs or consequences whether direct or indirect, that may arise out of any breach or violation of the aforesaid representation, commitment and undertaking.
vi. When you visit apalmatrimony.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

5. Other Terms of Use by Members.

apalmatrimony.com reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review.
You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from apalmatrimony.com and members of apalmatrimony.com as long as you are a registered member of apalmatrimony.com. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matrimonial advertising service, matrimonial enquiries and promotions.
c.Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on apalmatrimony.com. apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
d.Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matrimonial purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other apalmatrimony.com Members. Although apalmatrimony.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the apalmatrimony.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
e.In order to protect apalmatrimony.com and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to take appropriate steps as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in order to protect interest of other Members.
f.You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with apalmatrimony.com and/or its members.
g.apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to screen communications/advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
h.apalmatrimony.com Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. A suggestive guideline of such precautions is enlisted under “Security Tips”. By becoming a Member you hereby agree to abide and adhere to the said Tips.apalmatrimony.com Members who subscribe to the apalmatrimony.com Select Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

6.Proprietary Rights in the Content on apalmatrimony.com

apalmatrimony.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the apalmatrimony.com Site and the apalmatrimony.com Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of apalmatrimony.com, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by apalmatrimony.com without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. We also reserve our right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

7.Content Posted on the Site.

a.You understand and agree that apalmatrimony.com may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of apalmatrimony.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either apalmatrimony.com and/or its Members.
b.With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to apalmatrimony.com the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to aPalMatrimony Centre members from time to time.
c.You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile and to reach out to other Members for the purpose of driving an ‘Accept’ from relevant matches. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to apalmatrimony.com or aPalMatrimony Centre members, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you (and not apalmatrimony.com) are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. apalmatrimony.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will apalmatrimony.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, apalmatrimony.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence, apalmatrimony.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

By posting Content/ advertising to any public area of apalmatrimony.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to apalmatrimony.com, and other apalmatrimony.com Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

e. The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. apalmatrimony.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.

i. Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content which:is blatantly offensive to the community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
ii. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
iii. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
iv. promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
v. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
vi.contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
vii. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
viii. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
ix. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
x. engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.You must use the apalmatrimony.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses.


8. Copyright Policy.

All contents included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of apalmatrimony.com or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all contents on this site is the exclusive property of apalmatrimony.com and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of apalmatrimony.com or its software suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.


You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the apalmatrimony.com service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

Member Disputes.You are solely responsible for your advertisement/communications with other apalmatrimony.com Members. apalmatrimony.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. apalmatrimony.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, apalmatrimony.com is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants. apalmatrimony.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

10. Privacy Policy. Use of the apalmatrimony.com Site and/or the apalmatrimony.com Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please read and comprehend our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to apalmatrimony.com, to understand our practices. Members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where apalmatrimony.com and its network does not have any control over the search engines behavior and apalmatrimony.com shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines.

In case the member has not set the Preference or has not set the Preference correctly, then apalmatrimony.com shall set the Partner Preference based on his/her profile information where member can also edit the same at any point of time.

13. Membership.

Membership is not automatic: The right of admission vests with apalmatrimony.com. You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by apalmatrimony.com. 
Length of Membership: You continue to be a member of apalmatrimony.com till:apalmatrimony.com discharges its obligations to you by rendering its services to you; or apalmatrimony.com or yourself terminate the membership arrangement.
Paid Memberships: Validity of your paid membership is based on days (like 90, 180 or 270) and not based on months (3, 6 or 9).Expiry of Membership - Once your membership with us expires, you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and mobile numbers viewed by you. We request you to save all your contacts you had contacted already and also upgrade your membership with us to enjoy access to these features.Privacy of Membership: Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity, without the express written consent of apalmatrimony.com.Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. apalmatrimony.com does not provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of other members. apalmatrimony.com also does not vouch for the contents of the Voice Messages exchanged between members.apalmatrimony.com reserves the right but is not obligated, to place Matrimonial Classifieds derived from your apalmatrimony.com profile in newspapers, television or any other media at the sole discretion of apalmatrimony.com. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any response to these matrimonial advertisements. apalmatrimony.com does not provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by respondants regarding any particulars including but not limited to status, age, income.

Auto Renewal - Only for payments made other than Indian CurrencyIn order to ensure that members have uninterrupted access to apalmatrimony.com services, for all those members who have made online payment other than Indian Currency , will be automatically renewed on the day of the membership expiry. Members will be intimated a week in advance, prior to auto renewal and on the day of auto-renewal, an e-mail intimation will be sent to the member about the auto renewal process. The membership will automatically be renewed by charging the membership fee to the credit card, which was used to make the initial payment.Members have an option to turn off the auto renewal process. 7 days prior to auto renewal the member will be intimated by e-mail with an option to cancel auto renewal. On the day of renewal, the member will receive an e-mail with a cancellation button. Upon clicking the same, you will get the confirmation call from apalmatrimony.com Customer Care Executive.


All people who become members of aPalMatrimony.com are consenting for receiving
a) Membership Mails - apalmatrimony.com's internal messages to sell different services to the members. These are sent to your Postal Address/Email/Messenger Ids.
b) Important Notifications from aPalMatrimony.com - Messages which inform you on various alerts related to usage of the site by you or other members who have viewed your profile or which are initiated by the aPalMatrimony.com team to introduce new features, educate on existing functionality etc These will be sent to your Postal Address/Email/Messenger Ids or on your Landline/Mobile from a non-140 number via SMS/MMS/VMS/USSD/IVR/Calls etc.
c) Membership SMS/USSD/IVR/Calls - aPalMatrimony.com's internal messages to sell different services to the members. These are sent to your Landline or Mobile Phone and will come from a non 140 number i.e. a number which does not start with 140 as these are offers exclusively for aPalMatrimony.com members.
 Promotional Mails - Messages from people who pay aPalMatrimony.com to access its database. These are sent to members Postal Address/Email/Messenger Ids. People who consent for promotional mails can get these mails.
 If a member does not wish to receive communication from aPalMatrimony.com then he needs to go to the "Settings" section in his profile and choose/dis-able for the modes(Emails / SMS / Calls / USSD / Messenger messages / IVR) and types of communication which he either wants to or does not want to receive. Types of communication are the specific messages based on profile attribute or website interactions between members. aPalMatrimony.com may also provide for different message types and modes, other alternative ways to unsubscribe".
 Users who sign up to aPalMatrimony.com Exclusive services allow aPalMatrimony.com to contact people on their behalf via Telephone, SMS, profile action on aPalMatrimony.com website, Face to face interaction or any other means/modes of communication.

 Membership Renewal: People who have subscribed aPalMatrimony.com have an option to renew their services. If the renewal happens before the expiry date, then any unused "Contact Views" available with the original pack are carried forward. Contact Views are the facility wherein members can see contact details of other members who have not filtered/rejected/ignored them. If a member renews his membership after the expiry of current membership, then its treated as a fresh membership and and unused "Contact Views" of the previous membership are not carried forward. These conditions hold even if the person bought the subsequent time under special "Renewal/Repurchase/Loyalty" offers. Purchase before or after renewal date is the only criteria which determines if unused "Contact Views" are carried forward or not.

14. Online Conduct.You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through apalmatrimony.com's services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of apalmatrimony.com's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.Extraneous contents: apalmatrimony.com hereby alerts and warns its members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of contents by any person including members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. apalmatrimony.com will not in any way be responsible for such content, information or representations. apalmatrimony.com is also not responsible for alterations, modifications, deletion, reproduction, sale, transmission or any such misuse of data and content in the public domain by any user.
There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day.
Being a free member you can express your interest to a limited number of members. This is valid for a limited period only. apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to provide this feature to its members.
Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members. 
apalmatrimony.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice. 
apalmatrimony.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one. 
If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.

Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are subject to Courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Bangalore. You hereby explicitly agree for Bangalore courts jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise.
